Standard Returns
You may return any unused, unwanted item purchased through Spectacular Pet Stuff within 30 days of the purchase of the product. Shipping & Handling will not be refunded and there will be a 15% restocking fee. Each return will be inspected for amount use and damage and is subject to additional fees. Defective and Broken Product
Any product that is received defective or broken can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange. Please contact our customer service if this is the case, so we can send a call tag to pick up the item and send you a new one.
